1.1 Service Description
AudienceMap provides AI-driven behavioral intent data and audience targeting services (“the Service”). The Service includes:
- Custom audience dataset creation based on behavioral intent signals
- Weekly data delivery in standard advertising platform formats
- Campaign performance analysis and optimization recommendations
- Direct data integration with major advertising platforms
Users acknowledge that:
- Results vary based on ad spend, market conditions, and audience behavior
- Performance metrics and ROAS improvements are not guaranteed
- Data delivery timing may vary based on processing requirements
1.2 Data Delivery & Specifications
AudienceMap will:
- Deliver audience data weekly in CSV or platform-specific format
- Provide data compatible with major advertising platforms including, but not limited to, Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn and other ad platforms
- Include documentation for data implementation
- Supply performance tracking parameters for measurement
1.3 Data Processing & Ownership
- Client retains ownership of their original advertising data and customer information
- AudienceMap maintains exclusive ownership of:
- Our AI models and targeting algorithms
- Behavioral intent data collection methods
- Data processing methodologies
- Aggregated performance data and insights
- Derived audience segments are licensed to clients per subscription terms
Free Trial Terms
2.1 Trial Period and Control
- Trial period is limited to 30-45 days
- Client is responsible for ad spend during trial period
- AudienceMap maintains full control over “Test B” campaign optimization during the trial period
- We reserve the right to terminate trials at our discretion
2.2 Data Ownership and Usage Rights
- Upon completion of the trial period, client receives full ownership rights to:
- All campaign performance data generated during the trial
- Custom audience segments created during the trial
- Campaign optimization insights and reports
- Client may use this data at their discretion regardless of whether they choose to upgrade to a paid subscription
- AudienceMap retains the right to use anonymized performance data for analytical and improvement purposes
2.3 Post-Trial Access
- Client will receive their trial data and audience segments in a standard format within 7 days of trial completion
- No subscription or additional payment is required to retain ownership of trial period data
- Client may continue using the trial period audience segments in their advertising campaigns indefinitely
Subscription & Data Licensing Terms
3.1 Subscription Terms
- Data service fees are billed monthly in advance
- Client authorizes recurring charges for continued data service
- Payment is required to maintain active data delivery
- 30-day written notice required for subscription cancellation
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
3.2 Data Usage License
- Subscription includes a license to use delivered audience data
- License remains valid for data received during active subscription
- Historical data from paid subscription periods remains available for client use
- Client may not resell or redistribute AudienceMap’s audience data
- Data usage rights survive subscription termination for previously delivered data
3.3 Data Delivery Schedule
- Weekly audience data updates delivered by Tuesday EOD
- Monthly performance analysis reports by 5th of following month
- Ad platform data syncing within 24 hours of generation
- Emergency data updates available upon request (additional fees may apply)

Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Our Limited License to You
This Site and all its materials, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, images, videos, and software, are the exclusive property of AI TRAINING INSTITUTE INC. d/b/a AudienceMap and are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
5.2 Your License to Us

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, or another mutually agreed-upon location, in accordance with the rules of JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services) or AAA (American Arbitration Association).
Class Action Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by law, all claims must be brought individually and not as a class action, consolidated action, or private attorney general action.
Online Conduct & User Responsibilities
Users agree not to:
- Post defamatory, misleading, or unlawful content
- Engage in unauthorized access, hacking, or impersonation
- Transmit malware or harmful code
